I acknowledge and agree that The Mac Doctors will take all reasonable care while performing any repair or maintenance required, but will not be liable for any accidental loss or damage incurred. I understand that in the unlikely event of fire or theft, that I, or my insurance company, will be responsible for the coverage of items. I also understand that any item not collected within 60 days of completion of repair, will be disposed of. Upon completion of repairs, all items will be tested for compliance with the Apple Operating System and iLife suite and audited with Apple authorised diagnostic tools. All third party (non-Apple) applications & their operation remain the client’s responsibility. I hereby authorize The Mac Doctors to undertake all required service and maintenance. *
