About Us

The Mac Doctors was established in January 2005 to meet the service needs of the growing Apple community in Townsville. With staff passionate about technology, we incorporated Windows PCs in 2011 due to overwhelming demand from our customers.

In 2024, we merged with Mission 2 Repair, combining our technical expertise to offer an even stronger range of IT services to Townsville.

Today, we welcome walk-in customers for all forms of IT servicing from simple fixes to complex technical issues across both Mac, Windows and most handheld devices.
